Orders are only accepted in writing (fax, e-mail or letter). Your order must contain the following data:
Shipping and billing address (incl. phone#, fax# and e-mail, contact Person)
The name of the responsible person who made the quotation.
Your PO number (if necsessary)
u How long does it take to get a quote?
For our regular products, we can make a prompt quotation to you in 24 hours.
For products of customer synthesis, it will take us about 2 days to reply you, because it will take our scientists some time to check the documents of synthesis route and calculate the cost and lead time.
For the last kind of products, which are outsourced from other factories, it will take 5-15 hours to answer.
u How can I get a price for a compound?
In order to find a group of products, the items are grouped as 13 major categories by different chemical functionalities.The products are listed in the online database which can be searched by name and CAS#, there products are our competitive and regular products, please contact Mr. Larry Bond with Email sales@arknano.com

u How long does it take to get the compound?
If the material is on stock, we will make the delivery within 1-2days after receipt of your payment. If it is not on stock, you will get information about the expected delivery time.
